Abstract
Neometadidymozoon polymorphis (Digenea: Didymozoidae) parasite from the gills of Priacanthus hamrur. Parasites were analysed monthwise, seasonwise and percentage of infection in relation to sex of the fish. Host fish were collected for a period of 12 months that is from July, 1992 to June, 1993. Females were more infected than males. Highestrate of infection occurred in summer to rainy and winter.
