Abstract

A cylindrocorporid nematode Ceratosolenus hyderabadensis sp. n. was found to be associated with a fig pollinating wasp Ceratosolen Sp. and the figs of Ficus racemosa. The new species differs with C racemosa, the type species of the genus Ceratosolenus, in the length of prostostom in both the sexes and the shape of the spicules and guberaculum in males.
